第一集就深深地震撼了我，这口味真的独特。没想到越往后看越是刮目相看。澳洲真是物华天宝人杰地灵的好地方，农牧渔业者们过得简直都是神仙般的逍遥日子。他们种植饲养的动植物生活得也都很滋润的样子，没道理不好吃。主持人亲身参与获取食材的经历很有趣，说话也挺得体的，做出来的料理似乎也很好吃。虽然他的烹饪方法并非本土原创而是吸收了五湖四海世界各地的风格，使得“原味”澳洲的标题稍有名不副实之嫌，而且身为专业厨师烹饪时还戴着戒指和手表，让我这被柯南洗脑过的人有点介意，不过反正我也没机会吃，吃的人觉得好吃就行，我也乐得涨涨见识。
